Our Story

Small kitchen. Serious katsu.

Serving Crowfoot since 2022, Jun Katsu is built on one simple idea: consistently great food, every single time. Pork, chicken, cheese and ebi hand-breaded in coarse Japanese panko, fried until impossibly light and crunchy, then served juicy inside.

From our signature assorted Jun Katsu to katsu don and curry bowls, we keep the ingredients honest — fresh salad with sesame dressing, house sauces, and rice and miso in small batches. Good friends, great food.
